SHIPPING INFORMATION
 
Our goal is to provide reliable shipping options for our customers in the U.S. and Canada. We work with trusted carriers like 4PX Express, Yanwen Express, and China Post to ensure your crochet kits arrive safely and on time.
 
 1. Processing & Shipping Times
 
- Order Processing: All orders are packed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding pre-sale items and holidays).

- Shipping Time:

- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days

- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (available for U.S. orders only, with delivery in 5-8 days)
 
Note: These are estimates. Delivery times may be affected by customs delays, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
  
2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
 
- Economy Shipping (China Post): $8.90 (for orders under $39)

- Standard Shipping (Yanwen): $10.90 (for orders under $39)

- Express Shipping (4PX): $12.90 (for orders under $39)

- ✨ Free Shipping: Enjoy free 4PX Express Shipping on orders over $39 (U.S.) or $69 (Canada).

3. Taxes & Duties

For most countries, our shipping fees include import duties. However, in some cases, additional taxes or duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase. Please double-check your shipping address. If you need to make changes, contact us at crooknitus@gmail.com before your order ships.

- Shipment Notifications: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package’s journey.

- Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them in separate parcels (at no extra cost) based on inventory availability. We appreciate your understanding.

Why is the shipping cost higher than domestic shipping?
 
International shipping rates are generally higher due to longer distances and carrier fees. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $39 (U.S.) / $69 (Canada) to help offset this, and we’re always working to reduce costs for you.
 
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
 
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. If yours is delayed, please check if it includes pre-sale items. You can also track your order status by going to “My Account” → “View Detail” → “Order Tracking”.
 
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
 
We start processing orders immediately, so changes can’t be made once your order is confirmed. However, you have a short window to cancel items before they begin processing. If you don’t see the “Cancel Items” option in your order details, it means we’re unable to process a cancellation.
 
How will I know when my order has shipped?
 
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (don’t forget to check your spam folder!). Your payment method will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.
